At Bank Fitness, we realize the best way to get the most out of your workout is by having the best instructor to ensure your using your body correctly.
Our small group classes (10-15 students) allow each of our certified instructors to pay close attention to your workout. Preventing injury and maximizing your moves is essential. You get the benefit of a personal trainer along with the energy and comradery of group classes.
Our classes require little to no equipment (equipment is supplied by studio when necessary) so you can even practice at home.

Yoga Basics is specifically structured for those who are fairly new to the yoga practice. This class is designed to fully align the mind and body through various comfortable poses, followed by breathing and relaxation techniques to help calm the mind. Be prepared to leave the class feeling lighter and fitter.
Yoga II is for to those who are ready to go a bit deeper into the yoga practice. It is an intermediate level class. The first 45 minutes is a combination of Vinyasa flow practice, Pilates techniques, and Yoga sun salutations, followed by relaxation techniques to help calm the mind and body. All designed to get your blood flowing and your inner yogi going!
Power Yoga is designed to get your heart pumping as you build strength and flexibility in a Vinyasa flow while increasing your cardiovascular system. Students will move through Sun Salutations and varying Asanas with plenty of
modifications available. This class is open to all levels. Whether your looking to grow or improve your yoga practice, you will find your physical, mental and spiritual strength will improve on and off the mat.
willpower and grace™
A formatted fusion of postures and drills, this workout is as philosophical is it is physical, creating a full-body functional workout. We integrate the smartest and safest barefoot training methods to strengthen your feet and lower chain, while conditioning the entire body and yielding a high caloric burn. This unique workout is great for everyone from “morning moms” to athletes and teens, but must be experienced to be truly understood.
Zumba is a Latin inspired cardio class. Intended to simulate a dance party, a Zumba class combines non-stop and intense cardio movements set to infectious Latin and World rhythms. While the steps are mostly simple in nature, the full- hour class features routines that combine interval training, fast and slow rhythms, and resistance exercise. Toning and sculpting your body while burning fat (up to 1000 per class!) are the happy by- products of this dynamic movement experience. The class is open to all fitness levels and does not require a dance background.
BodyShred is an interval based, full-body workout designed for maximum calorie burn and big results. After a dynamic warm- up, intervals consist of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. Moves are simple but challenging, with little to no rest between intervals. BodyShred promotes weight loss, increases muscle definition and energy, strengthens bones and muscle (reducing risk of osteoporosis) and improves posture, agility and flexibility.
The Bar Workout targets muscles that play the greatest role in body change, then keeps these muscles working intensely and safely to improve definition. This sequence of stretching allows the muscles to look and feel longer and more graceful. The Bar workout is a fast- paced form of interval training that maximizes caloric burn during and after every class. This format gives students slimmer, leaner bodies after a few months of regular attendance!
